PhD’s jury

  • 2023 – I was a jury member of Nana Tian’s PhD, directed by Ronan Boulic at EPFL (reporter). The PhD was successfully defended the 06/10/2023.
  • 2023 – I was a jury member for Gilles Kahn award (evaluation of 5 thesis and 1 day of jury discussion).

  • 2018-2019 – Participation in the the interregional (Bretagne – Loire) final of “Ma Thèse en 180 secondes” competition (My thesis in 180 seconds).
  • 2018-2019 – Participation to come in March-April 2019 in “L codent L créent”, an intervention taking place within different mediation and awareness actions on women-men stereotypes. It will consist in animating some python programming workshops in schoolgirls groups. Media
  • 2018-2019 – Head of communication of “Journée Science et Musique 2019” event, a day of scientic outreach, suitable for all, on the themes of science and music.
  • 2017-2018 – Member of the organization comitee of the event “Journée Science et Musique” 2018, in the communication team and more specifically with the responsability of social media communication.
  • 2017-2018 – Participation in “A la découverte de la recherche” which consisted in two interventions of 1h15 with a public of highschool students, to present them an overview of what is the work of a researcher and the thematic of my thesis.

Administrative responsabilites

  • Since March 2023 – Member of the disciplinary section of Ecole Centrale de Nantes. In this context, I may be assigned the role of disciplinary instructor 1 or 2 times a year, making me responsible for conducting hearings of the persons concerned, writing reports, discussing with a competent legal team, etc., and this for 2 months from the start of the investigation. To date, I have investigated 3 cases and participated in a jury trial. This role involves a considerable moral burden, and I have been trained in gender-based and sexual violence (2 mornings of training).
  • Since September 2023 – Member of the Restricted Scientific Committee (SC) at Ecole Centrale de Nantes. This role enables me to become more aware of the scientific workings of the establishment. We have at least 1 meeting of 2 hours per month in restricted SC, to which are added several meetings also in restricted SC as well as general SC.
