I intervene specifically in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ec-nantes.fr\/engineering-programme-diplome-dingenieur\/course-specialisations-yrs-23\/virtual-reality\">Virtual Reality module<\/a> for master students.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The courses I intervene in are the following: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>C++ programming (Course leader)<\/li><li>Fundamentals of virtual reality<\/li><li>Scientific visualization<\/li><li>Project C++\/OpenGL (3D real-time computer graphics and object-oriented programming)<\/li><li>Project VR\/AR (group development of a VR\/AR application)<\/li><li>Advanced concepts for virtual reality and augmented reality<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Volume of teaching:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>2021-2022: 96h<\/li><li>2022-2023: 96h<\/li><li>2023-2024: 192h<\/li><li>2024-2025: 96h<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-background has-purple-background-color has-purple-color\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 43%\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"397\" height=\"452\" src=\"https:\/\/rebeccafribourg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/doctor.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-491 size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rebeccafribourg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/doctor.png 397w, https:\/\/rebeccafribourg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/doctor-263x300.png 263w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 397px) 100vw, 397px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Since Sept. 2024, I am also head of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ec-nantes.fr\/formation\/les-options-de-2e-et-3e-annee\/option-doctorat\">DOCTOR module <\/a>that aims to offer a research programme to final year students who intend to pursue their studies with a PhD. Thus the students devote most of their final year of study to commencing research work which they will then pursue with a PhD at Centrale Nantes. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-background has-purple-background-color has-purple-color\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>I was also invited to give punctual courses:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>2021 &#8211; I gave 1h course at Friedrich-Alexander University (FAU) on Avatars in Virtual Reality and also presented my research works<\/li><li>2022 and 2023 &#8211; I gave 2h course in the Master \u201cManagement of 3D Interactive Technologies\u201d at Institut Arts et M\u00e9tiers &#8211; Laval on Avatars in Virtual Reality and also presented my research works<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I teach at Ecole Centrale Nantes in the Mathematics, Computer Science and Biology department.
